Way to be an elitist douchebag though. I see you've got that covered really well.
Nice collection of excuses you got there mate. Your first forum post isnt it?

One person can't carry a whole team.
One person definitely can, not only in WAR.

That one person has to build a premade though if that person wants to compete with one. Skillcaps are not that high especially on order classes like kobs and wp.
Running around capping objectives is just meh, first of all you decrease your own teams number that tries to fight even further so they wont win a fight for sure and secondly you make a lost scenario longer than it has to be.
Playing only 2-3 hours for 4-5 days limits you? I would advice you to find 5 people that are online on those 2-3 hours at the same 4-5 days. It is pretty much what a constant premade is about. RoR is a hobby and like many hobbies you need a team in RoR. Requires social skills and a will to step up your game, not everyone has it though.

You need to understand that it is hard for new players, and this **** really discourages people from playing, eventually your elite premade will cause people to quit, and with a population this small, you can't afford that.
So what are we supposed to do? Sacrifice our fun for the greater good?
Or maybe those that are not playing the game as it should be played, in premades, should change.

Every time the BG moves away from the team he puts his dps at risk. 2-2-2 is strong for a reason, those 2 tanks are needed near their dps, they can not allow themselves to chase healers for long and if they do they can barely catch up to a mediocre healer that foresees the outgoing hd coming to him.
Basically a matter of positioning.
Having played BG in several 6on6s I can tell that against wp/rp you can keep up outgoing for max 10-14s on one healer when you cover it twice or just use it to zone a healer when his dps is getting a lot of pressure. Against wp/wp I wouldnt even take it, unless those healers have a terrible positioning and my debuffs get covered by someone else too.
