Is it a bug, or a ninja buff, that Word of Pain and Boiling Blood damage ticks are undefendable? (The wh-we +100% disrupt, nor the sw/engie morale 1 concealment - +200% disrupt - dont work against these spells.)

Did you actually test this or did you just get hit through them a few times? Pretty sure they no longer make you disrupt 100% of incoming spells because of the new formula.

"With luck and experience you are able to Dodge all ranged attacks and Disrupt all magic attacks against you for 7 seconds."
With such a description I would think that no by-pass is allowed and every cast is disrupted.

Yea, but still think the disrupt granted from the skills is actually reduced by int and -chance to be disrupted now.

you can disrupt the application of BB/WoP not the backloaded damage

I've tested many times in the last few days. You can disrupt the initial spell, but you can't disrupt the damage tick.

The morale 1 should give +200% disrupt and dodge. Its hard to believe, that 80% of the sorc/bw-s have 4000+ intelligence to reduce this amount of disrupt.
