hmmm i downloaded for like 15th time a copy of launcer and war.exe and start the launcer on new folder,it started downloading patches , i stoped it and moved it back into the old folder and now its downloading like 171,625 files oO

You should launch it only in the folder where you have WAR files.

yeah , second time i launced it , it was on the Warhammer folder and it worked..u think it will fail in the end ? hmmm i realy hope not , miss the game
