From the South American traces that i saw, they were trying to go though Amsterdam too!

So it is Amsterdam's fault. Oh well, can't blame them for anything, thay have already given us enough :)

Clearly, there's something suspicious in Amsterdam. Packets getting high, then forgetting where to go 8-)

My theory is the third party that manages internet traffic from certain ISP's in based in Amsterdam. They have probably mistaken the packets as torrent traffic and throttled it into oblivion.

Wow used to have the same problem after new patches.
