the only minor way to use wot rule is going aoe with CD decreae tactic and spam finisher always staying in red; wb spec.... since you haveprobably a hold the line wall and you hit anything around you tough the tactic(s) tax is so heavy which make very few worth the spec; slayer can do the same meh build but he had not need since,
can just rampage everything trade meccanic malus in pure win; wot rule need choppa fasta to be spamable and always active to work, instead require to spec a the 5 CD tactic. Even that it will be functional but then it will require further dmg increase cuz as a build still dont shine for dmg considering you are a 100% update time nude berserk

rampage is not wrong by default is the value as always which is imba,,,, look slayer and choppa have a 50% debuff block/parry skill so why does he THEN have a buff which make him:
ista rage drop (for few ap and not reqwuire any near target)
ignore 100%
20/30 sec
plus work in aoe build????
this is madness it always was, the only single counter is shatter ench which need to bypass all those hots etc....
rampage should be flat 25% ingore , half the max st debuff in game which is 50% and that way it will still be like hit at furious with a 25% dmg sao while you are furious you are hitting with rampage avarage dmg as a berserk slayer with out the 50% debuff
same goes for shatter limbs, slayer does on 9x ppl what choppa +Bo do on 2x ppl this si crazy; aza shatter limbs nerf done nothing shatter limbs should be flat 2 second whatever it hit...(same squig). there is no any common sense of balance on slayer between st and aoe. Slayer do AOE what all other classes do ST-
choppa is another talk he have keep on chopping while slayer have a genering buff for all build ( rampage) which even nerfed would still be better and he have git to da chopp which do real contribution exept on gank and basically need a rework and then choppa fasta was also nerf so there is no point in spec anything right now.
choppa fasta need to be an asset for the chopp alone since the BO mirrored the SM and slayer mirror squig on CD stuff choppa fasta need a heavy and powerfull rework, is pretty clear what choppa lack
keep on chopping need to go, git to da chopp need to go on keep on chopping spot and he need a real aoe big skill on 13 pt on aoe mastery. choppa fasta , keep on chopping at have zero sense cuz they bring zero synergy to aoe builds.

As for Rampage ignoring Confusing Movements, is that true? (you can see i haven't played a mdps in a long time).

not sure it done in live, same as spellbreaker removing morales absorb or itiems , im not sure it does here it should not still torque said soemthing (?) not sure; who spec shield wall anbyway does even make sense ..... slayer will **** you the rest of 50 second. If that is only for counter rampage in place of raze even more reasons....
btw here there are some beta choppa skills which may be nice to have back maybe , penrl are some of these even in current client ?
