Having the same issue. when i boot up i don't get a server option. Just stuck at the tent/steps. HALP PLZ

having same issue, i can log in but cant make character and no server list, yes the server is up at this time and yes ive tried this:

If you've tried all the steps in the FAQ, try re-extracting the game?

same issue also tried reextracting, nothing helps.
any advice?
