Gold wipe would be perfect. But the gear we have now will be useless in Tier 2 anyway, so why on earth clear gear with gold wipe? Tier 2 would be implented after and we would be running arround in Tier 1 farming gear so we can kill mobs in Tier 2. Farm Farm Farm.. 2 months later wipe agian

I am sad to see how many people that are not able to emphasize with others. In a general i dont think it is stupid to play the game differently than others. RvR is fun and so is pve. Could people plz not point fingers at others, just because they dont have the same opinion of the game.

Also there seems to be a lack of understanding of the concept of time and effort. If one have no concept or understanding of farming then dont judge. Some may dislike farming and dont understand why we do it, i will say we play the same game. For instance in football i like to play defence, but that does not make blind to what my other teammates are doing. For those who wonder why I use this comparion, it is because i regard the playerbase(and devs ofc) as unified team with different interest and playstyles.

Some also point out that it is Alpha and indeed it is, but that does not imo justify a cause of action which is excissive to people who have put thier backs into farming. I would agree on item wipe if all items suddenly became bugged and for some reason unfixable, but this is not a unfixable problem. I simply plead for an action which is equivalent to the cause.

This all more points back to the people calling for an item wipe and their motivation. I will ask: have you been farming for hours? Have you gear that will be erased that you've spend hours to get?

If you have, i think it is a beautiful, but unessesary sacrifice you make.

If you dont, i simply find it unfair that you even vote for item reset, as you have not put any effort into what is being discussed. You have nothing to lose and your vote will take away from people who have. If i was in this categori i would remain silent as I would not find myself in the position to influence any decission.

Also it is being said that this all slows down devolpment of the game. IMO this is part of the develpoment. Creation is a process not a goal. In this process the devs will maybe learn something new about the game, but most of all how to handle cases like this. That might be pretty handy if it or something similar happens later on.

As a farmer i have a opnion of what might stabalize the economy, while maintaining a fair treatment myself and hopefully other farmers.

Erase gold
Erase all stackable items
Erase gear +r16, as gear for r13 and r15 will be uselss anyway when t2 comes, and that is what a majortity of the farmers have been looting for use in the nearest future.

What I wrote is what I believe the corrupt players will actually do, not necessarily what I want. I would prefer to keep my gold, gear and everything else since I'm lazy.

For a gold wipe to be effective at the very least all mails (read or unread), backpacks and vaults should be wiped aswell. Or they will just regain their gold by selling all their investments after the wipe. You don't agree with this point?
