Odd, that image you linked showed no one dying in that scenario. With DPS WPs being immortal engines of hellfire, as you have inferred, I'd imagine Order would have had at least one kill, if not the win.
6vs6 with two good teams tend to have low kill ratio. If both teams tanks play really well its hard for any kill. Yet my proof stands, fully single target dps wp beat all other dps classes in that fight, who are not sunday players either.
Now imagine destruction it can bring with cc immunity speed buff (that doesnt vanish on doing dmg), going with pouncing lion straight to backline while everyone else is stuck in snares and you might see the real problem long before op WP hammer will dominate fights.
Trust me, mate - it's fluff damage. Actual ST pressure damage on the WP is
incredibly lacking: it has 2/3 GCDs of potential burst, and then it turns into a very medicore sustained DPS class that is outdone threefold in sustained by a Slayer, threefold in burst by a WL.
The charge was given a few hours ago. If deemed necessary, it will be fine-tuned and tweaked - let's not jump the gun.
In regards to comments concerned about a paradigm shift from RvR to SC: you have nothing to worry about. While it is true that I prefer SC, bias will be put aside in pursuit of ensuring balance in all key areas of the game.
I am merely a facilitator to the discussion of potential changes - the world isn't going to end.
My trust is not easily gained and starting your reign as balance mod with buffing your own favorite class - doesnt look well

Just waiting for screens and vids to pop up from wp's and doks having blast of being top melee class in game.

My apologies for being an utter techpleb, but I guess the above only tackles plain tidyness of the installation and such, i.e.: nothing is of relevance for performance?
Correct and well if you dont have the "new" client then it can increase some performance, but that can be downloaded separately.
EDIT:
and in regards to all the comments on the new balance mods, they dont actually make balance decisions. They are there to facilitate a discussion thats helpful to find any issues in balance and raise it to the rest of the team / leads.

Good one. Nice to see some love on the dps WP/DoK front (even though it was mostly needed for WP in my book, since DoKs already have their ranged snare procs).
I'm a bit surprised at yet another stab at the KotBS, though - especially considering it's a morale mostly used for solo/small-scale play and also when compared to other tank morales in similar fashion (Chosens get 300% incoming heal buff for 15s, while BGs have a Morale 1 that's basically a Cleansing Wind with heals on a 60s cd).
In that company, it's somewhat strange that the KotBS have to be hit with a 2min morale cd penalty for using a (mainly) defensive morale with limited scope, while similar classes goes free.
But that's just a minor gripe in an overall good patch.

You really need to stop that p3 if you ever is going to function well as a mod.
Your bs def of x2 sm debuff come to mind
You joking? Defending the overpowered order double debuff, is probably what made him balance moderator.
Defending order tanks hiting destruction tanks for 600 critical hits two times each second mechanic, it is something logical, totally reasonably and something destruction is not allowed to do in theyr best wet dreams.

I hate to further derail, but I deem it imperative to intervene one last time - lest such factitious accusations are assumed to be true by everyone else:
1) The Wrath changes were done
prior to my becoming a balance mod;
2) As a balance mod, I have
no more say on what gets implemented than the next man!. I am there to oversee a discussion, ensuring it adheres to balance rules/is structured accordingly, and that it doesn't derail.
Cheers.

Nobody cares about your trust, really.
You can stop with this conspiracy theory bs, as it turns out balance moderators have only advisory role. The sole and only person doing balance, as in setting and creating the abilities or requesting code changes in emulator to faciliate new stuff is Torque.
NATH EDIT:
Any lead can butt in, but its Torque that shoulders the responsibility and whos main job it is to deal with balance.
Also, I haven't see any dansari s-posting yet here, any reason for that?
The last word of advice from me would be to stop personal attacks on team members. For your own good.

Kindly go away from this thread if you don't have anything useful to say about new content before I check how my mod powers work.

I call Shenanigans! Peterthepan3 has no shiny forum title. All forumites have to hold their venom for at least a little while longer... Don't worry, the order to FIRE! will be loud and clear...
Thanks for all the work guys. Gz to Dan and Peter! I look forward to your incredibly courteous responses to each and every single Balance Proposal....
Edit: Also, I saw it asked, but this thread went haywire quickly. Can I ask the reasoning for a 30s CD on snare break-speed increase? I love the 5min timer for non-DPS specs, but wouldn't 1min CD put them in-line with, every other snare-break/gap-closer(other than juggernaught tactic)?
