I oppose giving WP's, DoK snare

Order already has multiple sources of anti kiting tools, therefore i dont feel they need another

If people want additional DPS benefits given to the WP, then the DOK needs additional healing benefits given in return, such as tactics that buff healing by x% when they defend against an attack and a tactic that grants x% disrupt.

Two way street.

Seeing as DoK is similar to WP in that it is a melee healer I agree, but its game play type is slightly different so ofc changes would have to be made if any buffs are given out.
