I don't know whether this has been mentioned but "Throw Axe" of the Mara does not proc the mutation procs (Heal, Dot or AA haste).
Also it seems to me that the ability does seem to get avoided (block etc.) way to often.

Throwing axes aren't your arm, so they will not proc mutations.

Throw axe did pop the mutation procs on live server. Dont know if you allready know this and not implementing it intentionally though :)
