drastic but at the same time i feel this is the direction to proceed
i have also noticed that of the late in anoc and temple people dont even pick up the ball

And why is that? Most people are all set on the soldier emblems, so it makes much more sense to get the kills instead. More chances of drops of good gear and medallions as well. I'd rather have a good fight in the middle than flag hopping any day of the week.

Pugs need no further bandaids. Give incentives to form groups instead and encourage team play.
You don't lose because it was a premade, you lose because you refuse to play as a team and don't learn from your mistakes.
Voicecom is the icing on the cake, the fundamental basics of the game are much more important.

If it can be done, definitely. Like when people are fighting over a Flag and no side is able to take it (so there must be some kind of detection system there definitely).

If it's close and my side needs just a little push to get over the edge in points I'll go for the ball. If were winning, hell no- that thing hurts!

Why would you try and farm people for kills for purple gear in scenarios which has a much lower droprate of purple gear and stuff than oRvR
It is inefficient

I don´t think premades are a problem to be dealt with.
I play solo and in a group and most scenarios aren´t spawn-camping.
Even if you play against a premade, the second "group" are often pugs and you can try to kill them.
If you change it to only premade vs premade and pug vs pug, what is with groups of two players (or three or four)?
What could be changed is, that it makes a difference if you loose with 4 points or 400 --> improve the value of emblems. But I don´t know how you could improve the value of emblems :-/
