I went to the Hunthounds looking for the Fright Shawl and ended up with the Storm-Courser's Torment Cloak: +7 Willpower +7 Wounds and some resists.

There is a second farm spot for huntshounds in addition to where Baldrick spawns. Cross the road (that leads to Salzenmunds front door) making your way past the champ spider Bloodboil, past the boars and trackers going all the way to the base of the foothill. It's where an infamous AM likes to 'farm.' Every hound killed dropped 1-3 junk items, and in 20 minutes we had a bunch of War Torn items, and a few traveler and whatever the title of the lvl 7 green gear is (can't remember atm).
In addition, we've seen a bit of GR gear and uncommon dye colors drop from the spiders outside the salzenmund tunnel.
