This is great!
One change I would propose is to not just make the number of wins count. But make it more based on a rating system.
Otherwise it stimulates the farming of easy opponents and avoiding tough fights. In addition to this if the realm balance isn't equal it will heavily favor one side.

There will be timer for a fight (depends) and 1 team wins either by killing both healers, full wipe or having most kills by the time time ends up. Each team fill face each other team.
