Magus/engi 'Rend Winds'/'Firebomb' still castable on the move.
pretty sure this isn't a bug - Azarael
Edit: Is magus 'Rend Winds' working differently now? It seems to apply a 1s dot (where the dmg is actually applied) after the full 1s cast. Still hits 3 times as it should though.

Just confirmed this on my main and three alts: Enemy Addon: displaying serverwide kills on each of my chars kill counters no matter where respective avatar was located.

Pitiless Strike - effect (reducing toughness) doesn't displays at victim's char sheet. Duration is incorrect (10 sec instead 20)
Dark Protector - has not scope (its working more then 100 ft).

Right in da Jibllies - effect (victim's little jump) triggers CC immunity. Immunity should be when switched tactic for this abillity.
Changing Plan - effect disappear very fast (if is not in combat).
Juggernaut - Cooldown turn on, without any snares or roots on BO.
Tuffer'n Nails - effect (armor buff) is not working Bonus works, but values are not reflected on stat screen
