That's acceptable. A CD isn't, imo.

Also, i don't know why people attack Tesq for not knowing WLs. He should be an expert considering Chosen is WL's mirror.

I'm petitioning the "Change" mechanic for the magus. At 100% change magus receives 40% crit bonus, but the disk may, at any time, devour the magus. BW MIRRORYEA!!!

Okay, I don't know how many times I have to stress this, but pounce has to be spammed. Check out this again. Suppose there was a 5 second cooldown, in the time it takes before you can hit pounce again, the target is going to be far away enough to where it's like you never even pounced at them at all.
Tesq wrote:@white lion players, you lion pet is way too effective now (speed should be reduces it's impossible to escape from it atm even with flee this is not something normal; and this without considering you cannot snare it nor KD him atm...),
The pet may be "fast", but its desire to go every which way makes it more of a chore than a useful tool. Plus, most groups with half a brain will kill the pet immediately (if it's not already killed in the AoE), because they know that at this stage in the game the White Lion's damage output is crippled without it.

Back to the point of the OP, though. Changes I would make to the class include:
-Cull the Weak and Thin the Herd's placement in Path of the Axeman swapped, and Thin the Herd being changed to an incoming heal debuff
-Switch Force Opportunity and Pounce in Path of the Hunter
-Increase the health regen on Nature's Bond
-Reduce the AP cost of Summon War Lion to 40 AP, Slashing Blade to 35/40 AP, Primal Fury to 40AP, Coordinated Strike to 40AP, and Sundering Chop to 30AP
-Increase wounds on the pet, and lessen its contribution to the White Lion's damage output so the White Lion isn't entirely crippled if/when the pet dies
Only thing you posted that may cause an issue IMO is the more damage on the player and less on WL. Could cause a problem with loner spec WL hitting like a truck. Maybe if WL gets more of the damage reduce loner to 15%?

I'm surprised that issues with pet durability are being encountered. The WL pet pulls its defenses, including armor and resistances, from its master.

I guess pets need to be incorporated into group heals sooner rather than later.

Glass cannon WL's specced for STR/WS have glass cannon pets? Sounds like working as intended. I believe at some point all pets had a blanket AOE resistance so they're not accidentally nuked down.

In my opinion the changes should be introduced in small portions, something like this:
1) There are some things that are way over the top compared to every other tool in the game and offer little to no opportunity for counterplay, such as Rampage, Gift of Monstrosity, Enchanted Arrows. They should be replaced (although i think monstro can be reasonably nerfed, unlike other two).
2) There are some abilities (only abilities, tactics are a bit more complex thing) which are utter crap compared to their analogues and there is a simple way to improve them without making their class OP, such as Absence Of Faith (add damage, reduce cd to 10 sec, increase the value to 50% to be on par with other incoming healing debuffs) or Chop Fasta (reduce cd to 40 seconds to be on par with Whispering Wind with 50% uptime).
3) Since it was planned in 1.4.9 anyway and already discussed here, i think proposed (in other thread) SM/BO changes should also be included into first bunch of changes.

After changes from points 1, 2 and 3 are thoroughly tested in game (someone predicted the destruction of ROR by Chosens spamming Rending Blade if Chop Fasta is buffed, but i doubt it), we can move on with more serious changes - i have some suggestions, but i'll hold them until we deal with simpler ones.

P.S. My two cents about Pounce. I like this skill which makes WL more unique and is overall fun to use. In current situation WL has enough disadvantages (dependence on crappy pet with its crappy AI, outcoming healing debuff, no ways to manage AP and overall high AP costs, too much skills requiring flank/rear, etc) to justify current Pounce, but when the situation changes and these disadvantages will be reduced, i do believe something like 5-10 sec cd will be necessary. The reason is - i don't mind usage of Pounce to move around, escape, quickly switch targets, etc, but i do mind that it is possible to jump on someone from 65 ft away, they use knockback (which has cd and gives you immunity) and you just pounce back (unless thrown down from cliff or something). 5-10 sec cd will not hinder WL that much (yes, i know that you can't catch running target with Pounce only) and you'll still be able to negate knockback if you reached your target without Pounce first.

If you have not played the class, what gives you the entitlement to suggest a CD on pounce? I only played a WL up to r68, but i NEVER saw so much pounce whines. The majority of you that are suggesting a CD on pounce have never even touched the class. Level 26 is NOT end game.

I can't tell if we have a lot of players who never reached 40. Wl's were the least wanted mdps.
