LOTD armour was useful until Sovereign came out, the stats and procs were good, and they looked pretty cool.
Talismans were just nope.
Pockets i don't mind

If Glyph set+ Tovl Cloak would stay, than there would be enough reason to do Tovl.
Also gold Jewels and Cloaks from ankh vendors were quite nice, even at higher lvls.
Even removing op talis/pockets/settras , items I mentioned would be good reason enough to spent time in Lotd/Tovl.

Can you please make a list of item that would stay and that would not
it will be much more easy to discuss, instead of shaking air.

I dislike a lot of things, i.e. playing DPS-AM and SW, is an obvious bugusing and exploiting - the game wasn't completely balansed and polished. So what?
But if it will be based only on someone's wishes - this will be tyranny. Rules exists for everyone or... why it even exist?

Right now in Destro /ad discussed some JIZ and his speedhacking. And I've seen a lot of names agreed with that. It will be better to pay attention for this fact, instead of liking or disliking me
