Influence reset

Help!
I play the second day . I got a little bit of influence on T1 Chaos . But now the influence is 0 and points of influence are not counted . Chapters 1 , 2, 3 , prologue in the book designated as ???? I can not discover them again.
Help me if you can, I'm feeling down.
