Return of Reckoning

I lost my account a few weeks ago and after talk with a member of your staff he decide return my account.
But since this time my account is back again but no character are Inside.
Can i get back all my characters or they're lost ?

Depending on how you lost your account they may have wiped your toons

Ok ... and it is not possible to create the characters at the same level as before?

i don't need any stuff ! i'm just not enough courageous for re-up all my characters

Just level up in rvr it's easy and fast enough. And i don't think they would ever create a char for you since this could be asked by anyone else to get "free chars".
