Ok. So to start off, I wouldn't normally post something like this. That said, it's just too fail NOT to mention.
So.. As I'm sure several of you are aware of this one particular person in mind...You know what? I'll let him explain it to you.

- The team works as hard as possible
- If you're not OK with that, code yourself, or shut up, or go to hell !
