Repeateble Stalker Quests

From what I've heard some people have lost peices after patch, and you might accidently delete, sell or salvage a peice aswell, making these quest repeteble have a couple of benefits.
1: People who have lost gear can get a new peice.
2: Salvaging, since Devastator isn't salvageble for some reason but this set is, Salvagers would help lwobies with the heros to get fragments, wich would in the long run help bring down the absurd prices on AH for some talismans. It can take a couple hours sometimes to get a group for the heros with quest repeteble i recon it would just tske minutes.
3: Devs would get a lot less messeges from people loosing the gear.

1) I can see the quest becoming available for those who have lost there gear but not those who currently have it, that would make fragments to easy to farm.
2) Devastator gear is an RvR set and i dont believe it was salvageable. Stalker is PvE set and is salvageable. If you are in a guild you could easily farm the stalker quests.

Serious question:
What is the harm in having individuals with the need/desire to farm a quest for salvage?
First, the quest is part pvp and part pve ... so having it repeatable would promote more pvp.
Second, the hero is currently not solo-able by any player. As such, one person can't somehow unduly farm this.
Third (and most important), why do we even care if someone does farm it? The worst that happens is that more fragments are now available in the game, creating more high end talismans for gear at far cheaper prices....allowing everyone to gear and compete equally. Is this bad?
Look at pvp: You need gear and you need pots to really be on par with other players.
Pots are pretty much a commodity at this point and other than 25g for armor pots (which does seem a bit high) the stat and healing pots are very fairly priced on the market relative to the ease of getting gold via kill quests. The only thing out of wack is talismans of purple variety. Infact, one could make an argument that having repeatable stalker quests would de-incentivize the need to exploit gold. With fairly priced talis on the market due to increase supply, gold is not such a necessity.

I suppose. I lost my bw stalker gloves on a patch. So I'm definitely a bit biased. But, even still, if the quest is repeatable the fragment supply increases. Increased fragment supply reduces demand which reduces price. Having a farm "business" to farm a low demand item seems counter-intuitive at that point. You aren't making any money by getting frags since frags are plentiful and cost is cheap. So - I don't think your prediction in the long term would actually occur.

if people will farm them, they will still need others to help them kill boss

A quest can currently only be made repeatable 1 stage at a time. In other words, you would have to kill 20 players once, but after that the hero portion would be repeatable and reward Tracker/Stalker gear.
If these quests were made repeatable, the gear would not be salvageable. This is something I can do, and we'll review it internally. Though frankly, I'd rather do a character wipe
