I have a small problem.

When i am at at home, my account name, my account e-mail address, my IP or my ISP is banned due to spam. Therefor i can not reply on the forums. I think i can rule out my account name and e-mail address ;)

I have been trying to get a new IP address from my internet provider but no succsess yet.

What step is there next for me to do?
ps. i can not send PM to anyone due to not enough activity but i cant be active if i cant post :)

IP blacklists are usually a "temp blacklist". It should be removed eventually, but you should make sure that all devices on your network are clean, i.e. removing any malware, spyware, and other such programs that could be used for sending spam through your IP.

Ensure all devices are up to date should help also.

Just to clarify: You're not banned in any form by our account management. It's purely managed by the IP blacklists databases which we do not control.

I had this problem at work until RoR started using CloudFare. Issue disappeared after that
