Need some help with the Launcher.

Hello!
My problem is that the launcher dont respond.
I'v tried everything that could be the issue in the "most common issues and solutions" thread, but still nothing.
I would really love some help here.

"Adding"; straight after reboot on comp, if im quick enough I'm able to start the launcher and get into the game, so the game works and everything. but after a few seconds when some kind of program has booted up it crashes the launcher "rarlauncer.exe has stoped responding" or something similar.. I'v tried turning of all the antiviruses & firewalls etc. so I honestly have no clue what it is.
As I said, i can still play the game but it bothers the hell out of me that i have to reboot comp each time i go LD or the server crashes w/e. So I would love a solution.

I might add that im on win10 64bit. if that helps in anyway. (doubt it).

Are you running a Anit-virus or anti-spyware program on your computer?
