Problem with my caracter

Hello, my name is Kuznetsov and i have a problem with my account. I can't enter with my character Kuznetsova but with other character i can enter perfectly as Kuznetsova or Elruso. Can any help me please? i don't know what can i do.

When you start to log on as that character, have you tried typing <enter> /stuck <enter> two times?

i can't enter with kuznetsova
when i try enter with kuznetsova the server say me ''the server closed your connection'' can you try kick kuznetsova because is on only for try if i can enter after
