[Runepriest] Change for Rune of Serenity - suggestion

I would like to propose a change to the Rune of Serenity: would it be possible to rework the skill to bounce in the first place between group members and then, if not possible, to other allies in range?
This is not a problem in scenarios but in oRvR I often cast it on someone (in particular this regards melee as they are often stacked in the same place) and the heal bounces to people from the other warband. It's not like it's wasted since it eventually heals someone but I think it would be better if it bounced first between people from my warband and if there would be no valid target then it would heal allies from outside of the party. Sometimes I feel like this skill is not reliable as after casting it on someone from my party instead of getting 6 hots I get only 1 and still have to cast the regular hots around people.
If the Zealot has similar skill I guess it would be the same case with it. Any thoughts?
