[Archmage] Disspating Energies

What exactly is so strong about this ability that it warrants a 60 sec cooldown?

I can see it has great synergy with the blessing removal tactic and increasing the AM's utility in a group setting, but the frequency and reliability of the skill and honestly the tactic as well is a huge let down. Meanwhile in the healing tree there is an amazing utility spell with a 20 sec cd and it's the 1st ability not even 13pt.

I always found that skill to be useless. The CD is way too high for such low damage. You'd think with a 60 sec CD it would be something people notice hitting them.
