Hi,
can anyone confirm/deny that with devastate the wounds debuff is first aplied then the dmg?

No actual combat logs but as far a I remember it did damage and then applied the debuff. That meant that the actual damage is almost always wasted for a 10 sec debuff skill with 10 sec CD, unless you ran 2H-KotBS or WW-SM.
The interaction is similar to spellbreaker, that dealt damage first and tried to remove absorbs after.

Devastate atm is damage, then wounds debuff. Will fix.
(If anyone's going to ask about Heart Render Toxin, that one's also fixed in the next patch.)

Is there a chance that one day Gudrun Warcry would start combat when a party member is in combat?

I'm curious, what exactly happens when this debuff wears off?
Does the enemy get all those lost wounds back? Are they gone forever, and you effectively dealt 1000 damage? Or does his current HP go up just enough so the percentage of health stays the same (example: you have 200 hp, I debuff it to 100, deal 50 demage leaving you with 50/100, debuff wears off, you have 100/200)?
