Problems with Scenario queue time as DPS.

I Lately the queue time for a T3 scenario has very long as a dps class. I usually wait 20 - 30min for a SC pop when I queue solo. It starts in the afternoon and continues through the evening. When I solo queue as a healer I get SC pops in 1 - 2min at the same time of the day.

Has there been a change to the group setup for solo queueing that I'm not aware of or is this a bug?

Which side? usually the majority of players are playing dps classes. healers are often understaffed, same as tanks. I know there are often situations where tanks/heals are dominating but in most cases, dps takes the spot. on order side at least

the reason is, too many do a are queing, less sc pops. healers have ofc more pops because they are needed in most of the fights.

just stay on your healer ;)

It's order side.

So the queue system prioritises healers or...?

Thought it just pooled queueing players together no matter what class as long as they are in the same bracket?

I've noticed that scenarios usually have much better groups so I would think the change Az was pushing was patched in days ago? Unless by some miracle the last ~15 PUG groups all had at least 1 tank and 1 healer in them every time.

Spoiler:
in 1st page epic thread :^)

Would make sense as the queue time for healers is lower than it used to be and dps is higher.

eh no there are just more dps than healers. so it can happen that you into a SC with 12 dps classes.

Im just gonna leave this here:
Archetype balancing using solo players has been implemented. Solo queue scenarios will not start unbalanced, but if any groups are queueing then the manager will prioritise, but not force, archetype balance instead.

Also, what I said earlier in the thread:
Secondly, the size of a party is 6 players, not 5 (Which is what you seem in indicate by your original post in this thread). The current meta is by many people considered to be 2-2-2. Which means you would need 2 tanks, 2 dps and 2 healers per party, in a scenario. The problem with this is that 6 out of the 12 classes per faction, are DPS (50%). While only 33,33% of the party of a scenario would have to be DPS in the 2-2-2 meta.
On top of that, you have tanks and healers outside of that 50% that specs into DPS, further increasing the gap between the two. A realistic percentage if the number of each class was the same, would mean that about 55-60% of all players where playing DPS. This is an optimistic estimate. It's probably far worse. In other words, the queue for DPS would be very, very, very long.

1. Get a group.
2. Queue.
3. Profit.
