Might I add one of my folders currently contain about 50 gigs of footage which I'm saving for a trailer-ish looking video for RoR, still far far away from having enough footage though but I figured I'd mention it lol.

I7 3770K (not OC'd)
GTX 780 TI
16 Gigs of ram

Although this doesn't stop my game from going down to 10 FPS in really big fights lol

Oh yea, and I also forgot to mention; I record with Shadowplay and in Sony Vegas Pro I choose the HIGHEST Bitrate possible in order to get the best possible quality.

So rendering a 5 min + video usually takes over an hour, and uploading it takes about 10 hours average because of my shitty internet
