This can only end well.
Anyway sticky feets is mirroed in AM's heal tree so don't think its gonna happen. It also doesn't solve any problems that shaman has atm such as:
Lack of a flash heal
DPS isnt as good because heal debuff isn't a DoT and we have 'Ere we go(useless) instead of another DoT like Radiant Gaze

I don't think that making changes or making a thread requesting changes based on an artificial cap irregardless of how long that cap will be in place, will be effective as a valid argument
Balance changes are rarely ever made based on the context of lower tiers
Ere we go has nice grp utility like tooth of teech or skull thumper
Shammy trades dps for survivability

More or less the only problem the shaman has is destroy confidence.
Which I hope will be looked at in t4.
Other than that heal shaman is great.

This is not about a temporary cap. Its about an overall discussion of Shamans.

Yeah I play a Knight and I feel sorry for little enchantments with my Shatter. It is too targeted against Shamans.

I see no reason to change Sticky Feetz in any way.
If you remove the requirement to spec the heal tree, then offensive specs save 6 mastery points. An unnecessary change.
Ere we go is no grp utility, it's a wasted global cooldown.
In a typical 6man only 4 hit targets and 3-4 hit the same target. This alone wastes 2 possible procs.
Now combine it with its tiny damage and you recognize why you never use it.
Oh wait, a dps shaman won't play in a typical 6man, my bad...

The 6 mastery points can be used for Utility too. But yes, that is the idea. Instead of doing some great overhaul of Shamans and AMs, an initial simple step that would take minimal coding compared to changing many abilities would be to free up 6 points for the other two mastery lines.
You are correct about Ere We Go, it is next to useless.
However, its weird that you initially say its unnecessary to allow change to their offense and in the same breath talk of how bad their offense is. So which is it? Their offense is good enough and doesn't need a change? Or really bad and does in fact need a buff?

shamans are at pretty okish state.
healing wise there is some ap issues but that will go away with sov gear /although i like to see restorative brust proc from healing/. Beside that the other major problems is not yet implemented aka kotbs 3ple shatter.
toying with mork buffer will be good but nothing mandatory to do atm.
for dps shamans cant say much. May be it will be good if devs look ere we go which is pretty useless atm and got 2 tactics connected to it. I would swap it with get smarter /which should be available at the code/ or changed to be at least bit usefull. But at his current state 40-80 dmg hit is quite meh

I agree with tomato 100%. We run a Shaman constantly in our premade (even in a 6v6 the other night) and she always does great.
Detroy Confidence will definitely be looked at in T4, if we are to trust that other thread about it (too lazy to look it up atm).
