my wife started Shammy, entered Norsca and just after first spawn she was killed by 10 level AM. Does it mean that its open PvP everywhere? Or is this our first cheater?

It's open RvR so u can get killed anywhere. You shouldn't get flagged for rvr unless u attack them tho.

hehe, if It's open RvR anywhere you don't need to be flagged to be killed.
So our shammy for sure didn't attack AM just after spawning.

That shouldn't happen anyway. Your shammy must of been flagged unintentionally which will be a bug. Could be difficult to reproduce. Perhaps it will be fixed once pvp is contained within the rvr lake and Scenarios.

man is beta now need w8 for good rvr , hope soon all fix on Tier1 to start play all zone

What RVR ? Order are struggling to get any gear and progress past 5lvl with mobgrind, because there is no gear vendors yet and main part of quests are bugged.

I knwo teh AM you are talkin about, that person was randomly atackign me as well and a few other noobs, all not flagged for pvp
