Changelog 20/02

[General]

- The rank cap is now 35.
- Bolster will now overbolster players depending on their rank.
- The tier caps are temporarily 13, 26 and 35.

[World]

- The loot system has been reworked. Genisaurus will provide a more detailed explanation of this soon.
- Quest credit for player kills is now issued to anyone who dealt damage to the dead player and to their group.
- All Heroes and Lords now track damage and will award the loot to the player or group which inflicts the most damage to the boss, as well as splitting the XP appropriately between all players.
- Fixed an issue which allowed players to kill steal regular mobs and get the XP for doing so.
- You may now Scavenge and Butcher mobs of any level, but you will only receive a reward appropriate to your gathering skill level and the mob's level.
- You will not be longer ported out of the zones where the Live Event takes place.

[Combat]

- Group buffs will correctly be removed when required.

[Keeps]

- Fixed an issue preventing MDPS postern bypassing skills from working.
- Fixed an issue causing keep posterns to fail to port a player inside.

[Quests]

- Ensured each zone now has 2 repeatable kill quests, attainable at the default Level 33.
- All scenario kill quests/surplus kill quests have been pushed to level50 to ensure all zones have the same amount (Dwarf/Orc in particular had several more than any other zone)
- Fixed the spawn location of two quest givers
- Fixed the order (High Pass starting) epic quest chain "Cleansing an Empire", added in correct blue weapon rewards.
- Fixed the destro (Talebecland starting) epic quest chain "Inevitable Power", corrected several blue weapon types rewarded at end of chain.
- Fixed the destro (Avelorn starting) epic quest chain "Honorable deceit", corrected several blue weapon types rewarded at end of chain.

[Items]

- Normalized some data across all trophies. Among other things, all trophies will now go in the correct slots, and all items that go in trophy slots will be classified as trophies.

[Addressed tickets]

- [4391] Location: Fixed the unlock points for C11&12 chaos.
- [4405] NPC: Brought Geir Skammlaus down from the stratosphere.
- [2196] Quest: Quest line did not function properly and did not reward the Crimson cloak, fixed line and added color appropriate to the cloaks name.

is this mean that if you \or party member\ attack enemy player but dont take the killblow you /and your group/ take some exp and renown

Kills against players already work that way with respect to XP/RP/Inf, with loot given to the player who gets the DB. Anyone who dealt damage to the player (as well as their group) will get the credit for quests as well.

ah i see so just lair bosses

but the new loot system is not implemented yet i assume?


also the wired issue about pqs not restting after stage 1
