Return of Reckoning

Just tryed to play again, followed all instructions, right version and build and when i launch it theres no play button and after a minute this error message pops up "Authentication failed -- application will now terminate", Any fix? I am running windows 10, Downloaded with torrent, already moved out of the torrent to a different location, Using launcher.

Do you want me to necro that thread? I didn't see a resolution, considering i dont even use an IP tracker.

By that i mean the resolution doesn't apply to me, I dont use a tracker.

And the patcher doesn't open either, "The patch client was unable to retrieve the file [patcher.prod.sig] from the patch server (0 total errors encountered). Please try the patch operation again in a short while" Been doing this for about a week now, and changing my password doesn't even work for the launcher which still only accepts my old password.

What happened to me was ,y files suddenly became read only for no reason ( not sure if windows updates or some crap) I had to actually move it off my SSD to my HDD to quick fix it. Make sure your files haven't switched to read only. This happened with the launcher as well.
