...Other than turning in the 150 kill quests?
I'm sitting here playing on my DoK, been in 10 SC's now watching the Loot drops and I haven't seen a single Soldiers Medallion drop for anyone at all which really makes me wonder; If there is NO open RVR to be had at all; how in the hell are people supposed to get their devastator sets within reasonable time other than the 150 kill quests?

"-Medallions will no longer drop in scenarios. Their drop rates have been slight increased, and double around keeps and BOs."

AGAIN; how does this help if there is NO RVR to be had?

You are not supposed to get all parts of gear in one part of the game. As RvR players arent getting SC tokens either.
If there are no enemies in the Lakes around that's a bummer, but will resolve itself with some patience id say

Well, your question was answered. Want medallions? Go RvR in the lakes. If nobody is RvRing, do Scenarios, go play another game. Fix a burger, pet your cat.

This isn't very accurate for many play times. Finding anyone to kill during my NA hours doesn't happen.

Yeah exactly, playing another game or doing something else will be your only choice to gear out if your play time coincides with a time period that there isn't a regular WvW population.
Of course that is a bit self defeating when it comes to trying to grow the population during that time period if the resolution is to go play another game or logout and do something else.... but what do i know.

Instead of whining about it, you could try to organize some fights between the factions. Make some friends, get everyone together in one area. Go spread the word about the game around those in NA time-zones.
150 quests still exist. Slow going, but don't tell me you have no options.

How about instead of acting like a douche, try realizing I was just stating the current situation. The reality of it is exactly what I was stating.
As far as the rest of your comment goes, I will get banned if I talk about it again, but suffice it to say the we were trying to do just that. Don't run your mouth when you have no idea what you are talking about.
