An Error Occurred

Sorry, that same thread was created before. But the person who was created that thread was resolved his issue but I couldn't even if I have same status with him. And even if I post that to that thread I didn't get answer since couple of days. So I think creating new thread is best option for me. I clicked the "Run as administrator" and that launcher unchecked that "read only" so, if you gonna suggest that, those was done and I tried to run this game with compatible mode one is XP SP3 one is Windows 7. And the error screen is there: 
And I just wonder what is working that "Copy To Clipboard" button? Because when I click it nothing happened. Thank you already who will try to help me.
Edit: Okay guys, I found the resolution. The resolution is downloading Je Fawk Mini Launcher. Here is link(It's working perfectly even if it's older launcher, lol): http://j.gs/8211876/je-fawks-mini-ror-launcher-v-10
