Return of Reckoning

hi guys new here

after successfully logging in on the launcher, for about 4-5 seconds i can see the main game loading screen but it always crashes before i get anywhere in game, leaving just the launcher screen up by itself

as always i consulted the common problems page but couldn't seem to find anything specific to my problem, sorry if im being stupid and didn't see something obvious
