Return of Reckoning

Hi. I got a problem with ending this quest yesterday. I was in party with 5 other guys (2 squig hedgerers, sourcerer, khain priest and Chaos Healer) trying to end True Insanity quest. We have been killing twice those npc blazing sun knight hero. After dealing with him twice we didn't get mission complete status. Is it a bug, or we do something wrong? I just need info on that situation. I was playing blackguard ad was tanking that boss.thanks

It is a pet deathblow problem. Squig herders and maguses need to desummon pets first to make sure they won't place a db.
