Will each race starts on their own location in some distant future or it's for eternal will be Norsca\Nordland. Others T1 Locations a bit unpopulated

If I remember correctly, all new char's Book of Binding is set to their race starting point by default. You just use it and it will port you.

and what about xrealming? will it be fixed, cause it really annoying. Just time penalty like on off was perfect
