Return of Reckoning

With the coming of Tier 4, I am looking for ideas and suggestion to balance a DEFENSIVE s/b Chosen.

So I thought of this:

Of course I am asking experienced chosen ones to improve this, change this or dismiss this as a truck full of crap.

My idea was focusing on guard and CC (Maybe switching Hastened Dismissal with Rugged), leaving damage debuff on challenge alone, running Res, Toughness and Heal debuff auras, and Sprout carapace every 60 seconds. Renown focus on Block and Parry.

The big doubt is:

Does morale 4 res buff stack with Aura?

Would suggest CS from Dread as mandatory vs a good melee 6man. At least that's what our chosen uses.

Dont bother with the tree M4s, just use the one you get at lvl40.

tri spec for sc of course is better since you need to apply CS to less ppl

I know. It's a big doubt for me as well. But is it THAT necessary and not compensated by a wise use of challenge/taunt and Defensive armor Set?

and in case of that, what changes shall I perform to keep the Morale 4 trigger?

So few tactic slots available so many condenders for them. Going to wait to see what my avoidance looks like come T4 before i decide what spec to take.
