Clarification based on posts below:

The Auction House doesn't work correctly. RyanMakara found that items listed on the Auction House, when bought, give the gold to the seller AND return the item to the seller.

Don't use the AH as you are giving away money for free.

Same on destruction side.

I did receive 2 gold and 50 silver from selling one Gale-Runner's Skully, but it was also sent back to me. So, the item doesn't disappear, it's being sent to the wrong person.

You can tell the devs bought their own items

it works, it just doesn't show the item icon in the mail attachments.
If you mouse over the first attachment space the item info should appear, right click to loot.
I thought I lost my money at first too.

This post was made for an older version of the emulator.

Let me know if any more problems arise with the AH

I can confirm

I have no way of stopping my auctions or even seeing what I have for sale. No issue there, but I'm curious as to when the items will be returned, and how. Do auctions expire after 48 hours? Will the items be mailed back? Thanks.
