Was there a lag spike when it happened? I had my M4 do all of it's ticks doing a lagspike earlier today. The result was all ticks dealing damage at the same time, the instant the lagspike ended. Stuff died...

This happens because RoR's Broad Swings listens for a damage and then applies that damage to 2 other players within 25ft. He hit 9 people with his OYK!.
So yes, it's a bug and should have been bugtracked.

Ran into a Choppa a little while ago that was abusing this with his AoE, too.
I was just about to hop on over to the bug tracker, but I guess it's unnecessary now.
