if someone dies close enough to the edge of the spawn someone at the top can pick up the bauble from there, but they wont get points anyway

Happens... what the player prolly didn't think about was the fact that he is causing the sc to last longer and piss off his own teammates in the process. GG on his part.

Indeed, so what is he doing other than not awarding his team any points through the artefact, prolonging the scenario and taking one player out of his team by hiding in the war camp?

He should be warned or temp banned perhaps for sucking the joy out of that scenario but in reality he is only putting his own team at a disadvantage.
