[Suggestion - Weapons] Giving more variety

Thanks to the great and ongoing work of the dev team T4 is here!
As work continues on T4, I would like to make a suggestion regarding weapon stats.
One of the odd things about T4, is that often when compared to T2, and T3 there is actually a lot less diversity in weapon choice when it comes to weapon attack speed, this of course will vary class to class/
For a lot of classes most of your weapon options, be them scenario, influence, quest, or drops all have roughly the same attack speed.
When the dev's eventually get around to fixing, and balancing weapon stats, I would suggest taking the opportunity to tweak the attack speeds to allow for more varied builds.
For those who might ask, "What's the difference between a 2.4, and a 3.9?". Slower weapons offer higher auto attacks, which are better in spike builds, and good for classes that use longer channels, and long casted abilities, since autoattacks will not trigger during casts.
Having a wide array of different weapon speeds, can open up and support different styles of builds, and increase overall build diversity giving people more ways to play their classes.
