Dual Spec & Gear Load Outs.

I searched around the forums a bit and didn't find any topics, but as the title suggest is there any thoughts or updates in the future plans that could have dual spec and gear load out that could be changed more easily.
Like other games, the ability to save a specific gear load out or option to have a secondary spec for your class that you can change on the fly, out of combat, without having to go back to town and spend gold and time doing so.
