why no rewards

many ppl asking me why no rewards from takeing bos and keeps
and I wonder why?
lets look on that, no matter order or destro, Reikland is open, long fight, keeps are taken and lost, it take all night, maybe 3-4 times keeps retakes, long siege, let's say full rvr, good fight, and after that, one side lock it
so after 3-4 hours of fight, attacking and defending, losing side got nothing, and winner only small amount of that was was going there
I know that there is bag from keep, ok, but for new players who need exp, inf, renown it is big disappointment and maybe waste of time.
I'm no wanna attack anyone here, just waiting for simple answer which I can tell other ppl who asking me,

If you fight for hours you get rewarded for the kills you score (RvR).

Do you think it is more reasonable to get renown for taking empty zones/keeps (PvE)?

i think its the right first basic step (be reminded the rvr system will evolve a LOT the next weeks/months/years).

Its to incentivice the common cause rather then individual actions. Is the lock reward to less? prbly.
as szejoza pointed you you get reward for killing so if lots of killing happens and you with it, you get rewards. locking zone reward and bag loot role are bonuses. As Aza stated in the other thread Devs already have a broader plan for rvr but not yet the means to implement it.

I have played in Guild Wars for some times and reward for taking keep and towers was a very good alternative for pve grind and give some gambling thrill. So option for taking even not defending keep is for me ok,and i have nothing againts that.

You mean is different from the whole zone other faction to get 1 zone each and probably find the other faction in the last open zone, how?

I get what the OP is talking about because it gets boring doing keeps/bo for a while and not gaining anything in return unless you take the zone, and ignoring the fact that keep contribution is broken for healers and supports a lot aoe dmg, and inf is a pain tu get unless you grind zone flips all day like other have done

The thing is - it's an alpha
It's better to implement rewards slowly than do a wipe (as we could see with ruin gear). Also contribution system is temporary bandaid and not a solution to the problem. T4 is not in the state where you can grind the sh*t out of it so enjoy your time here, do scenarios, orvr, pqs from time to time. Keep it diverse until it changes.
And hey there are lots of medalions droping around as a reward ;)

I know t4 mechanics needs some changes, but removing exp,rr,inf rewards from BO and keep takes only leads to massive zerg AFK at warcamp. In T3 everyone nomatter if solo or party/wb member rushed to BO and contributed by helping taking or defending BOs or keep. Now we have 2-3 organized WBs who does the job, rest just afk at warcamp or roaming zone and hunt for smaller groups/soloers. Not to mention, that leveling proces thru rvr(phylosophy of game) was completely removed and transfered to PvE.

this contradicts the mechanic. afking in the warcamp does get you zero reward?
