Return of Reckoning

Hi, I'm a new player to the game and I love it so far. I'm playing Witch Elf and have some questions around the class.
I'm only around lvl 20 at the moment and not sure on what opener combos and rotations are the best to use and the finishers feel very lackluster thus far. I've been tending to spam Agonizing Wound mostly not sure if that's the best. I don't know what abilities are the best to use for damage.

Also looking for what stats to prioritize on gear and renown points to spend on. I got told that I should have a fast mainhand and slow offhand because of how offhand proccs work in this game. For renown so far I thought I'd stack strength the most then crit chance which might not be the best?
Would be nice to know if there are any nice addons for Witch Elf too.

I'd like to learn and play the class optimally so any tips is greatly appreciated.

well at R 20 there isnt much u can spec for, so no worries.
Prefferable rotation would be Stealth-->ES->WP->AW spam but u dont get WP untill R25 i think so u can use EB instead.
It depends on the enemy..
Dont forget to use Sever Blessing when needed.
Finishers aint that good on WE so most of the time spamming AW would be the best option for u.
Talismans on gear should be Str ones.
on RR training u spec however u want depending on what u want to do.
i personally spec Max Futiles Strikes(reduce chance to be crit) and points remaining go to parry at RR 40

Spec 10 points into Resolute Defenses helps alot to vs CC.

The finishers can be held back due to a rank 40 (I believe?) tactic that increses your crit chance per blood lust.

Armor talis+ 1st mastery tree for parry tactic!
Finishers are good- coz 0 ap and 30ft - some of them....
Oh - and kisess depend of situation....
