[Small idea] Kill streak system

I have just one small idea here

but sorry for my bad english
Kill streak system (RvR or SC both) like dota,Hon,LoL,etc
EX)
1kill without die : no buff no effect
2kill without die : get buff name = "Blood lust" with
Red blood droping weapon effect
3kill without die : "Ownage" with
Green fire weapon effect
4kill without die : "Dominating" with
Blue fire weapon effect
5kill without die : "Serial killer" with
Red fire weapon effect
6kill without die : "Unstopable" with
Orange fire weapon effect
7kill without die : "Wicked sick" with
Sky blue shining weapon effect
8kill without die : "Massacre" with
Dark red shining weapon effect
9kill without die : "God like" with
Yellow shining weapon effect
10kill without die : "King" with
Rainbow fire weapon effect
If some player kill who got 5 over kill anybuff player : Get buff "Bounty hunter" with
Purple fire weapon effect
If some player kill who got 10kill streak player : Get buff "King Slayer" with
Purple shining weapon effect
*Every buff and weapon effect are just for visual ONLY. not give +anything for pvp
I think its not viable atm hehe its just my funny suggestion for future if can

I remember there being a kill streak counter in DAoC as well

I LOVE this idea!! I know that for me, this would add another fun little carrot to chase on my dps characters. I fell like this mechanic could also be helpful for people who are new to the game as it would give them a visual indicator of who to focus/avoid (depending on what your role is) and would help pug groups be able to figure out who to gang up on if they are getting pummeled by a premade or something, hehe. This could also go hand-in-hand with the rvr leaderboard idea that was mentioned in the Development subforum.
To piggy-back on this, what about a similar mechanic for non-dpsers? Maybe healers could have something similar but instead it counts how many times they've brought themselves or another player back from near-death

This would have the side-effect of forcing that healer to remain very aware of their positioning as they will become an even-tastier-looking target as their saviour-streak increases. That would def make healing more exciting.
The only thing to consider is that would likely need to be a toggle-able effect since some players may have to turn off visual effects as it is already just to get the game to run smoothly due to high latency or hardware that can't quite keep up.
I dig this idea, its always fun having things to work toward that don't actually effect your stats since the replay value is essentially infinite.
