In game voice comm?

Is it possible to implement in game voice communicator?
My idea how I could work:
- voice comm should be open without going outside the game (via add on for example);
- you need to be warband leader to start new channel;
- only warband leader (by default) can speak and jump to other channels but he can grant this power to other warband members;

Why this idea? There is, there was and there will be a lot of open warband. Voice comm will help to coordinate theirs efforts.

Why only warbands and not sc party? Because it is easy to coordinate 6 man to get voice comm. Something it's impossible when we talking about warbands.

So... what you think?

It's not unheard of but i think it would be a low list on the totem pole. If you want voice communication then join a guild with Vent/TS3 that can organize things.

Don't get me wrong it isn't a bad idea. But like Bacta said very low priority if even one, it would also require more money out of the devs pockets for something that is honestly a luxury not a necessity. Back in live I know people would form war bands that required joining their voice comm channel I would imagine as more content is released and the more people that come back, you will find people who will do this themselves.

I know it is low priority right now. And I am in guild with voice comm.

But when you see lack of coordination in open warbands...it is a hell. People group in open wb because it is easy. One button to click. To get voice comm... Download the client, configure... Not worthy - most people thinks that way. But if it would by "one click"... another story.

But like I said at the beginning I realize that it is low (very low) priority.

Topic should by closed (but keep this idea in mind) :D

This would be the first thing that I would turn off in a pug warband. Default-on voice comms in games are cancer, in my modest experience with the internet at least.

Also, not remotely in the scope for this game. Thanks for the suggestion though.
