2 minutes patch notice? Really?

I really & truly appreciate all the hard work that the team puts into doing this for our enjoyment. It's a thankless task. Granted it's Alpha and at the moment there are plenty of new & exciting changes being done. All in all it's a very exciting time for us "users", and it's all thanks to the volunteers that make it possible.

That having been said. 5 minutes notice prior to patching is much appreciated. It give us time to park somewhere. 2 minutes is no notice at all though guys. For the sake of saying 2 minutes, you might as well say 30 seconds, or simply "patching now", sorry about your luck, pull down your tin hat & reach for the tin foil.

5 minutes please. It's not much to ask for, and it's what we've become used to. We are but simple peeps, after all.

The moment I saw the dev messages about the broken Oil, I expected a patch. Seems pretty obvious to start preparing for one: i.e., don't start doing the epic quests or going through the skaven maze or whatever. Honestly, don't see much of a difference between 2 minutes and 5 minutes. Either way, you're in the middle of something, or you're not.

You get ported to a warcamp on login if you weren't there already.

I'm pretty sure it was about the Oil Bug, We had a scrape with order trying to take a keep from us destro in DW. Where we were told by GM's "DO Not use the oil!" (Because it was bugged invincible) People were warned but their valor and determination to safe guard the keep from order led these brave martyrs to be "exiled". I salute you brave Destros, who gave away your game time to save DW.

However, I could be completely wrong. Kudos to Order leader who was the GM to having some honor, knowing a keep take wasn't 100% legit. Doesn't feel even 50% as good.

5 minutes would be nice since I am personally cultivating and there is still the bug where if you log out, you lose your seeds. It's not a big deal, but it would be nice.

Locked. If you don't like the pace of development, take a break for a couple weeks.
