there are other GM's you can send a private message to. Also i think his damage and DPS is legit as he is a DPS DOK which do damage and heal there defensive targets at the same time. Maybe you just don't understand how a DOK works?

Read up on the rules: Don't accuse people of hacking in public without evidence. If you have evidence PM a GM. But that sceen shot is no evidence at all.
