Cant Connect and weird process launch

So i was watching processes in Windows task manager and when i launch the RoR launcher a new process called wisptis.exe pops up every time.
Why in the hell would RoR need Windows Ink Services Platform Tablet Input Subsystem (WISPTIS.EXE)
